ADMISSION PROCEDURE
At CNS, we warmly welcome you to an environment of academic excellence, global approach and holistic development. We understand that choosing the right school is an important decision and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Our admission process is thoughtfully designed to ensure transparency, clarity and a smooth transition for both students and their parents. We look forward to getting to know you through the steps outlined below:
Five Steps to CNS Admission:
STEP 1: Fill the Online Registration Form.

You can begin the application process by completing the online registration form, available on our website.
Important Points to remember:
- Tick the right category (year, section & grade)
- Submission of the Registration form does not guarantee admission.
- The Registration fee is non-refundable.
- The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the norms of admission during the process. (Subject to the Rules & Regulations and the circumstances prevailing at the time of admission).
- Admission will be subject to the availability of seats.
- Upon payment of online Registration fee, a pdf file of the duly completed form with the Registration receipt will be sent by the school to the applicant’s registered email id.
Step 2: Submission of documents and Payment of Registration Fee.
Please ensure all the mandatory documents and certificates are submitted within a month of the admission for smooth upkeeping of student records.
List of Mandatory Documents Required [for all students – EY1 to Grade 12]:
- Birth Certificate of the student.
- Recent Passport size photograph of the student and parents (1 copy each for I-Cards).
- Passport and Aadhar Card of the student (For Indian Students).
- Passport and Visa copies or OCI whichever applicable (For International Students).
- Passport and Aadhar Card of both parents or Supplemented IDs, whichever applicable.
- Medical Certificate containing Blood Group & G6PD and/or Vaccination Record.
- Previous 3 years’ Progress Reports. Only for Grades 1 and above.
- Grade 10 Report Card is a must for IB Program.
- Original School Leaving Certificate (Hard Copy). Only for Grades 1 and above.
- A copy of duly signed Subject Selection Form (For grades 9 & 11).
Step 3: Parent Initial Orientation and Interaction Process
We warmly invite you to visit our campus for an orientation session. This includes a guided school tour, an introduction to our curriculum (Cambridge IGCSE and IBDP), and time to ask any questions you may have.

Step 4: Interaction with Academic Staff
Shortlisted students and their parents will be invited for an interaction with our academic team, which includes the Programme Coordinator and the Principal. This session provides an opportunity to discuss the student’s interests, academic goals and how we can best support their learning journey.
Step 5: Selection Process
Selected students will be notified by email regarding their admission confirmation and payment of fees.
